Come meet and greet  the Grannies Respond/Abuelas Responden Caravan, coming from New York stopping in New Orleans on their way to McAllen Detention Center in Texas for a Day of  Action. They are demanding the Immediate reunion of children with families, the End of family detention, a U.S. immigration policy to reflect the Golden Rule of doing unto others as you would have them do unto you, and that All human beings be treated equally, fairly, and with decency. There will be a jazz funeral (to bury the bad stuff like greed, caging children, family separation, with shout outs from the crowd) and a second line.
